My dad collected nascar diecast, mainly Dale Earnhardt Sr. And Jr., but it got me into collecting diecast cars that I love, I have about 16 total 1:18 not including the nascar stuff. I’m basically wanting to dedicate the walls in my man cave with diecast. Your collection is amazing and very inspiring! The amount of money in the cars and display boxes is just amazing and the amount of truly rare pieces is incredible. Thank you for showing your collection.

Hi, just watched your main diecast collection, very impressive. Then I came across this short showing of 1/43 scale cars. The first one you picked up was the Porsche Le Mans with the "Flying Pig" livery. I actually have a 1/43 Le Mans Porsche 917 with the same livery!! Anyway, keep collecting. I have a pretty good 1/18 collection but I had to set inclusion standards. They are: I had to own one full size. I had to see them race - with right number, . (I grew up at Riverside, now Fontana and Laguna Seca) any movie car, I have also 1 Corvette, 3 Porsches, Fairlane GTA, 2 VWs full size. Your collection is inclusive. I am 77 now and quit buying. Just enjoy looking. I also collect Lionel trains.

There were 2 other companies that made the Lexus LS430 (UCF30), HONSHUart and MotorMax. The HONSHUart is just a resin like the Ivy, while MotorMax is full opening diecast. The MotorMax is based on pre-refresh and overall is very crude, toy-like, lacks detail on the interior, and for some reason front door shutlines are huge but not the rear door. The Ivy overall looks okay, but I feel like the headlights look too small as they're huge on the real car. The HONSHUart might capture it best, though the wheels look a bit small.
